We coordinate mechanical, electrical, lighting, data, and supporting building works so interior and construction delivery can proceed as one integrated programme. Scope is planned around site conditions, building requirements, safety, and work sequencing.

MEP coordination is important where layouts, ceilings, lighting, power, data, and building systems must work together. We help organise cross-discipline requirements so service points, installation routes, and work sequencing can be reviewed before and during delivery. MEP component references include Schneider Electric electrical devices, Philips lighting, Daikin air conditioning, and Wavin piping, selected according to system requirements and the agreed building-services scope.
